Yearbook
The PMSCT Yearbook team needs your help! See the flier below for details on submitted portraits and other pictures for the yearbook. In addition, yearbook ads are available for 8th grade students.
Report Cards
Starting February 11 at 4pm, report cards for the first and second quarter will be available in our Focus system. Students and families can log in to Focus using the student's login information. Directions are available and the process can be viewed with a video. Parents may also request a paper copy of their report card be mailed to their home by contacting the school directly.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure user is adding @bcps.org at the end of the username.
- Ensure the user is in CHROME
- Ensure the user has clicked the grey Sign in with Microsoft button.
- If problem continues to persist, go to portal.office.com and log out – close all browser windows.
- Open a new CHROME browser and go to: https://baltimore.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/
- Click sign in with Microsoft button
- Enter bcps credentials
- Ensure school employees are not signing into their own instances of Focus but using their student’s credentials.
- Clear cache in browser.

Student Privacy Preference Option Updates
- On Monday, July 8, 2019, parents began electronically updating student privacy options through the student information tile in BCPS One. This form will no longer be printed with the Annual Student Review Form (formerly the Emergency Contact Form). School administrators and teachers can view selected privacy options for individual students by generating a Privacy Preferences Report in the BCPS One Student Information System (SIS) or by accessing the Picture Attendance screen in the BCPS One SIS.
